Diama-TLC
Diama-TLC Plus with Microban product protection is a lithium colorant that brings new life and cleanliness to concrete floors. Diama-TLC with Microban technology is quick a turn-around, breathable system to impart a solid, uniform color prior to the application of DiamaPro UV-HS Plus, ESD Floor System, or DiamaTLP. Diama-TLC bonds with the concrete substrate and takes on the performance characteristics of the topcoat. It blends and minimizes surface variations for a uniform, aesthetic appeal that at the same time helps prevent the growth of molds, mildew, and bacteria.

EC-11 Water-Based Epoxy
EC-11 Water-Based Epoxy is a premium quality two-component, chemical resistant, long pot life epoxy coating. It provides epoxy toughness, medium gloss and durability, with the convenience of a water- based system.

C101 Polyaspartic 100% Solids
Westcoat EC-101 High-Gloss Polyaspartic Topcoat is similar in performance to the EC-95 High-Gloss Polyurethane Topcoat, but with a much faster cure time. This increased cure time is useful for one-day garage floor installations. For exact specifications on chemical resistance, see the chemical resistance chart on the last page of this datasheet. As you can see, EC-101 offers near-perfect chemical resistance, and far exceeds the demands of residential garage installations.

EC102 Polyaspartic
EC-102 is a pigmented two-component, 80% solids, polyaspartic, which is designed to be used as a topcoat for many of the Westcoat Epoxy Systems. It provides a non-yellowing, high gloss, fast drying, medium-build finish with outstanding wear resistance.

SC21 Lithium Silicate
Description
SC-21 Lithium Silicate is an easy to apply, ready to use concrete densifier. SC-21 will react with the concrete to fill and seal capillaries in concrete, creating a dense hard surface which will minimize any future dusting and will allow coatings to adhere securely. SC-21 is zero VOC and will improve the sheen and strength of concrete surfaces.
